We recently worked with Cocroft and Delbridge, a custom designer in wedding and formal occasion accessories that help bring a unique twist to your special day. They were looking for a new direction for their brand, one in which their primary focus was to present their array of custom textile bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres as an alternative to using natural flowers.

Doodle Dog Creative has helped re-brand their business with a whole new look, including a logo and fresh start on their website, business cards, marketing pieces and lots more! A combination of earthy warm tones of yellow, orange and brown flow nicely with a floral printed background. We used a completely customized calligraphy-style font in order for the Cocroft and Delbridge logo to stand apart from any other. The idea behind the design was to create something that would differentiate itself from the competition, an element that no one else would have, as well as something that would beautifully flow to show off the feminine look of the company.

Run by a mother- and two daughter trio whose passion is to create customized embellishments and creative floral arrangements, Cathy Shuknecht Wynn and her two daughters Courtney and Ashley can all agree on their love of floral beauty and design.

Take a look at the new and improved brand image for Cocroft and Delbridge!

How long have you been in business?

4 years However, in October 2012 changed our primary focus to our current products  This is the reason we have decided to re-brand.

What do you do?

We design custom textile (alternative floral) bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, and hair pieces for weddings, proms, etc.

Why did you start your business?

After spending 30 years as an Occupational Therapist I decided to follow my dream to be an entrepreneur and a designer.  I have had a passion for sewing and all things fabric/ textile since the age of 8 when I taught myself to sew.  My other passion is making people happy and I love to create custom creations for my customers.

What is unique about your business?

We offer complete customization of our products.  We like to think of ourselves as alternative florists great for those with allergies and for everyone that would like a keepsake from their day.  Each of our flowers are made on individual stems so that the bouquet could be taken apart and arranged in a vase.  Most of the flowers I make have come from a book that was based on flowers from the 1920’s.

What is the process like to work with you?

We can be contacted by Facebook, telephone, Etsy, or e-mail.  Once we are contacted we will set up an initial consultation one of a few ways:  by telephone, skype , email, in person.  We ask some questions to get “a feel” for what our customer is looking for and then start designing.  We will keep our customers up to date with pictures and verbal communication.

Why did you decide to work with Doodle Dog?

We were impressed by the samples we saw and then by their professionalism.

What’s your favorite part of your new look?

I love the logo and the colors, actually I love it all!
